Meet Dr. Arianna…
Hi! My name is Dr. Arianna N. Wendlandt PT, DPT.
Movement is the foundation of life. Breathing is movement. Digestion is movement. Walking, running, healing — all of it depends on movement. Without it, life simply doesn’t function.
My passion for the science of movement began early, sparked by a love for anatomy, physics, and exercise science, alongside years of athletic involvement in soccer, tennis, surfing, and mountain biking. This curiosity led me to earn my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and my Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
As my career evolved, so did my understanding of movement. Through advanced training in visceral and neuromeningeal manipulation, I became deeply interested in movement at the tissue and cellular level — the often unseen motion that supports everything from breathing to organ function. There is an entire world at work beneath the surface of the body, and when it’s overlooked, deeper healing can be missed. This is why I approach care holistically, honoring how all systems of the body work together.
Through both my education and personal health experiences, I’ve learned that healing is about much more than addressing symptoms. True, lasting healing comes from asking deeper questions — why is this happening, and where is it coming from? By considering the whole person — physically, mentally, and emotionally — we create space for real balance, resilience, and long-term change.
In my practice, I believe in meeting each individual exactly where they are. No two bodies, histories, or experiences are the same, and each plays a role in how health is expressed. Understanding where you’ve been is essential to helping you move forward. (This is also why my intake process is thorough — thank you in advance for your patience!)
Whether you’re navigating shoulder pain, chronic low back pain, digestive challenges, or recovering from surgery, you deserve to live fully and without limitation. I would be honored to support you in moving, healing, and living the life you want to live.

Arianna is a master of her craft! I was referred to her visceral manipulation practice by my functional doctor and to be honest was quite skeptical at first but those doubts were quickly put to rest as I experienced immediate benefits after the initial visit. My digestive issues are a thing of the past thanks to her! She was even so kind as to do work on my knee and neck pain whenever time permitted. If you’re having digestive problems or just in need of some quality physical therapy work - look no further! Thanks for everything Arianna!

Arianna is an amazing practitioner! She always takes the time to listen to what's going on and assess what I really need. I especially appreciate the way that she answers all of my curious questions and never makes me feel like I can't understand what she's saying. Her approach is incredibly intuitive and after just a few visits, I have experienced vast improvement with some cricks & aches that have been troubling me for years. Highly recommend.

Arianna is one in a million! I've been to dozens of physical therapists throughout the years, and none of them have close to matching her skills. At my first appointment, I could barely walk from a torn hamstring; and now, not only is my hamstring better, but I also I feel like my whole body is stronger from her correcting dysfunctional anatomical patterns. She has such a compassionate and calm presence that it immediately put me at ease, and her hands on work is both painless and transformative. She always finds the perfect exercise for each phase of my healing journey, and answers all my questions. She is intelligent, intuitive, and an all around great person; and I'm so thankful I found her.

I have been seeing Ariana about once a month for over a year. She has made such an incredible impact in my life thru her practice. She is also an amazing radiant human being so it is a pleasure to be in her presence. If you are having issues with digestion, anxiety, probably MANY other things, consider reaching out to her for help.

Arianna and ANW Physical Therapy is truly a breath of fresh air. After bouncing through the medical system and getting the usual run around, I decided to try something different. I've been working with them for about 6 months and the pain I was experiencing has completely subsided. Seeing the same provider consistently and the amount of time you spend with them has made all the difference.

By far the best PT experience I have ever been to. Arianna is not only caring about her patients but so incredibly knowledgeable in her field. She has fully supported my healing in acid reflux and a nagging hip pain that was going on for almost a year. Could not recommend Arianna enough!!
